Katrina Nicole is a mixed media artist educated in fashion design based in Maryland. She creates contemporary art influenced by African Amerian folk art, focusing on a rich tapestry of Black womanhood and generational resilience. Through a layered process that involves tradional drawing and painting, collage, found objects and hand embellishments along with vibrant color palettes, she creates compositions that are a direct act of empowerment, celebrating identity and sparking urgent social dialogue. Katrina Nicole's visionary approach involves a pioneering, intentional fusion of human artistry and artificial intelligence. By embracing this controversial practice, she reframes technology as a dynamic, collaborative resource, creating innovative artworks that are both intellectually stimulating and deeply personal.
